Does The Agnostic interact with Life Recovery Rate?

I see 3 possibilities:

1) The Agnostic does not interact with life recovery rate at all.
2) The life recovery from The Agnostic is increased by recovery rate, but the mana sacrificed is not.
3) The life recovery is increased AND the mana sacrifice is increased.


Anyone know which it is? It's life recovery with a time component, so I IMAGINE it works, but am not certain.

From my understanding it should be 2). Agnostic says you sacrifice 20% of your mana to regain that much life. Life recovery rate should amplify the life gained from sacrificing the mana. That said i've never tested it and don't have a reliable source either.

It's the 2nd option

2. yes the mana loss is constant but the life recovered is affected by modifiers to life recovery

Best case scenario is best case! Hooray!
