What is the current best lightning spell and the current best spell

i need to know what to center my build around.

Best lightning spell = Ball Lightning for bosses, Arc for mapping
Current best spell = I suppose it's one of the new phys DoT spells?

idk, Divine Ire is pretty damn good.

I feel like Spark is probably busted with the right setup if you can build around it right. Sparks always one of the top tier skills but a lot of the time it gets over looked.

I had a ball lightning trapper years ago with sire of shards that was absolutely disgusting DPS.

I see they added in some new traps that i want to try, luckily i got this thingy so im going to try them later on in the league probably.
