Personally i don't think buying a beast that you never captured yourself, would unlock the recipe that you never own (note that recipe is account bound, you have a few leagues to encounter the boss at least one )

" Ty for ur reply, Ive craft this aspect before in other leagues and didnt have a problem at that time. Also Im listing every possible craft in the menagerie even the ones I cant craft cause I dont have the beast, and as u can see the craft dosent even show |

If you have this in older league and beat the boss before (which tick your beastdex), then it is a bug....
