Path of Exile 1 Gameplay Help and Discussion - help with listing an item i am wearing for sale with a price - Forum

i would like to list an item i got on my char with a price to sell for a potential upgrade if there is a buyer for it. When i link the item in the sell section what else do i need to do to attach a price so people can search it in poetrade or official trade which will include a price? I got a fever and the only prescription, is more cowbell! The item needs to be in a stash tab that is set to Public. It is one that you have to buy as the free tabs don't have this feature. You cannot list an item on the trade site that you are still wearing. If you need to wear the item and still want to sell it, link it in the trade chat channel for the sell price. I got a fever and the only prescription, is more cowbell! I think even the forum post items need to be in stash tabs. Once the item loses the 'verified' forum tag, it will get de listed from search. Items linked from your character do start verified, but im not sure what can cause them to lose this tag (changing socket number or colors, changing the crafted mod, Divining it, etc WILL) So, sadly, you basically have to put the item away if you want to sell it. Items you have equipped are verified. Haven't ever done it myself but posting it on forum and making your profile public so people can see your characters should list it for sale. just as an update to those curious on this i got it to work and include the price for trade site indexing you have to put ~b/o (then the price) after linking it in the WTS forum I got a fever and the only prescription, is more cowbell!
