A Swig of Hope bugged

I have the Decanter Spiritus and the Chitus Plum. I can't find Fairgraves in the Act 3 Docks. I can find him in the Act 1 Ship Graveyard, but he doesn't want these items.
I would like to get this resolved to get the two quest items out of my inventory. Last bumped on Apr 26, 2021, 9:45:32 AM
