Using "Fenumus, First of the Night" does not unlock "Aspect of the Spider"

I bought and used the Fenumus Beast and added it to my Bestiary and it did not unlock the Aspect of the Spider craft on the blood alter, my friend who has had the craft unlocked before also tried it and it did not unlock for him, everything I see says using this item should unlock the craft, and I see no mention in the patch notes about any changes so maybe it is a bug?

I have the Fenumu's boots but no Aspect of the Spider.

I worked my ass off trying to realize what I possibly have done wrong (since I used the same boots last league in order to grant the AoS).

Anybody can confirm it's a bug? Or it's just a modification on how the AoS work from now on?

I tried everything man. I even found one myself after two days of farming tirn's end and it still didn't unlock for me.

same here, just bought a" Fenumus, First of the Night" from the market and used it, nothing showing up and I unboxed the "Hide unusable" menu, only 3 aspects showed up which are Cat, Crab, Avian.

Has anyone found an answer to this? I also got the same bug.

I just had this same problem and after some time I discovered. The wiki says and I quote: "Note that buying the Fenumal Hybrid Arachnid beast from other players and adding it to your bestiary WILL NOT unlock the portal recipe and grant access to Fenumus' Lair"

Yes, it never gave the portal recipe, but it did give the aspect of the spider recipe and now it does not... this note is irrelevant to this post entirely.

The same thing just happened to me. right-clicked the "Fenumus, First of the Night" then poof and no aspect craft.

After digging around, the beast is in the menagerie.

But the craft is not there.

I don't think if you never capture the beast, it will unlock from buy beast at all (may be I am wrong btw)
