Removed MTX from Unique item???

So for some reason, GGG removed The Spark Spider MTX's ability to be used with Saqawal's Flock Silken Hood.

This is not cool, was literally the ONLY reason I bought the MTX...

Edit: same for several others that follow my guide or play the same build.

Was this intentional? If so, why?

Literally can't see anything with the default effect. The tornadoes need more transparency to be player friendly. Until this is fixed, the MTX should be put back into effect.

Is there maybe another MTX you can enable instead that does not create balancing problems and still is acceptable in a party ?
I just want a playable saquall build, and decided to play this league exclusively because of this MTX/build :-(
