reduced reservation no longer affected by catalysts

The modifier reduced mana reserved was changed to reduced reservation of skills - this mod is no longer affected by fertile catalysts, as it doesn't have the life or mana tag.
Surely this is an oversight since you can not reserve anything but life or mana currently, thus the mod should have either/both of those tags. I would hope this is just an oversight rather than an intentional change.

This change has bricked my circle of guilt HoP mana reduction to 20% max. using fertile catalysts.

I would hope its an oversight, it's not like you can reserve es or rage.. only Life and Mana..

same it dident totally brick my build but it wasted a lot of skill points

I also hope this was just overlook and will get fixed for existing gear. I can't understand how this can affect already crafted gear, I would understand that it's not possible for new, but existing should remain as it was.

With all the issues today, my fear is this doesn't get looked at for a while yet to determine whether this is intended or a bug and then the wait for a potential fix.
