Where's my hoodie?!?

I purchased a supporter pack that included a hoodie and T-shirt. it has been around 6 weeks now and I have not heard anything regarding the clothing. Please let me know when to expect the gear!

For the delivery of these items your information must first be exported and provided to our supplier and distributor, J!NX. Once that has been completed, they will organise the shipping of your items and send you your tracking information as soon as it becomes available (if you have an email address attached to your account).

In the event you haven't received a tracking email or it has been deleted you can contact Jinx directly at support@jinx.com and provide your email address, full name and the shipping address we have on record to obtain the tracking information for any outgoing shipments.​​

I have submitted 2 requests a while ago for status on my order with the supporter pack. I ordered the Tshirt and Hoodie with the supporter pack on 12/20/2024 and I have not received it or any indication of its status. Please help.
