PSA : How to fight split base monopoles in standard

People are selling this helmet for 20 ex in standard, with random enchant and gilded.

If some item is enchanted you can't split it.
If it has the gilded fossil mod you can't fracture it 5 times to vendor it for a new one without enchant or mod.

So some people bought a helmet in ritual hardcore league and ripped it to standard to split (dupe) it, enchant it, gilde it and sell it while sitting on a monopole, printing currency.


However do not fall for those ridiculous prices, you can turn any enchanted or gilded base into a version you can beastsplit.

if it has the gilded mod just synthesize the base that will remove the gilded mod, fracture it 5 times and vendor the mirrored copies for a fresh base without enchant or fossil mod.

likewise if its enchanted you can just fracture it 5 times and vendor it for a fresh base.

well, at league end the price my fall. (or not, since no one play Heist, heist base has monopoly too)


If you want to beat the monopoly. Buy 5 copies and do the vendor recipe and split beast split beast split beast and dump the item to the market and don't open a thread

The reason why i am able to list the helmet in the thread is that i already did exactly what i talked about in this thread.

These monopolies only exist because people don't know that you can turn an enchanted or gilded base into a splitable one,

There is no reason to be a jerk about this unless you want to keep it that way.

With crazy loot pintas everywhere, and cards, and jun, and now harvest I don't even understand playing trade. Seems like cheating.


Maybe try SSF you don't worry about monoploies or those perfect items being made. Happiness comes easy like when you made a sweet4 influce rare or put some cards together for shavs or a HH.

And you certainly dont worry abt mirrors splits or other sellable items lol

And actually ,It is a grey area that such rip the item from HC league to perma league and then make profit count as cross league trading or not....
