Questions about syndicates cheat sheet

Im just confused about this syndicate cheat sheets what will i do if an npc is in thumbs up?should i interrogate or execute?and is it rng for a syndicate members to drop veiled items whether i interrogate or execute?I just need those syndicate crafts most especially the vorici craft

Normally you would execute the good ones to get them to higher levels. You also want to move them to the right place. Interrogate the crap ones unless the other option is better.

As far as drops, I think it's random. There are probably people who have done extensive statistical tests, but I'm never noticed a pattern myself.

Not everyone will agree on that chart about who is best. At least it tells you what everyone does, so you can decide what you want.

I just noticed mistakes on that chart. I didn't check all of them, but I noticed the Vagan rewards are in the wrong place.

the thumbs up is indicating how good they are on a specific area i think, veiled items are just dropped from you doing any resolution -

If you want specific unlocks use aisling, she drops extra veiled tat on 3 areas and she adds veiled mods on research which you can use to force specific unveils once you have an item with one on.

Vagan, Janus and Haku are all good in Intervention if you are running specific areas in your atlas. Rin, not really. Other then that, Vorici and ITF on research are best, do your best to make them lvl 3. The rest aren't very relevant.

Veiled items drop anyway, but usually you get more of them when you bargain.
