That weapon can be good for any build? if yes tell me please what build.

With all that lightning damage you could make a good melee elementalist with big hits and big shocks.

Or even some ascendant or inquisitor



Access the many free lighnting pen around witch /shadow area, find a way to convert the phys into lightning and scale it


Works with any attacks (except those that have inhenrent conversion) and will have good results
