No Stone Unturned - Journal/checkbox or command

Could you guys be so kind to consider a Jornal of some sorts to track the game progress?

The game became so huge now and is very hard to keep track of all the things on it.
The trophy No Stone Unturned for instance requires 140 lore points. The sensible thing to do you be to add some sort of tracking for it.

If developing a Jornal is too time consuming or too big of a goal, could you guys consider a command?

Like /passives shows which quests rewarding passives we did. A /lore or /missinglore could provide which environmental lore we already got it or not.

Such commands could really help out we completionist crazy people.
