How can I create an character in an Private League ?

Hi, Im would like to ask the community how to create an character in an private league, that I joined. I joined an private league to practise or to experience the racing gauntlet.(I am an new player) So, I successfully joined an private league, but I can‘t find out, how to create an new char, that is in that private league.

I believe you should have an option in the character creation screen.
