Gift to the goddess lab only gave 2 enchants

I just Ran my first Lab using Gift to the Goddess. I am supposed to get 6 enchants. And i had a Twice enchanted prophecy for the extra enchant but I only got a Total of 2 enchants form the divine font. Is this some kind of bug or was me using the twice enchanted prophecy limiting me to only 2 enchants?

100% sure. level of the area was 83
