Sin Trek coloring (solved)

The Uniq Boots "Sin Trek" getting more green/red sockets then blue ones.
As it is a Evasion + Energyshield Item it should have at least 50/50 chance of getting green/blue sockets. But its really hard to get some blue sockets on it. Edit: My bad sry. Thx for the help guys! It is a pure evasion base with added es (that doesn't change attribute requirements).

Sin Treks sit on a pure Evasion boot base. The Local Flat ES that this unique has doesn't change the requirements of this item.
