Harvest T4 bosses can become untargetable and spawn infinite mobs while stuck in phase 2

This is the second time I've seen it happen this league. Sometimes these T4 bosses become untargetable after the first phase and spawn infinite mobs while stuck in phase 2. Changing zones or restarting path of exile client doesn't fix it and it's a bug that needs to be addressed.
