It's good but pretty niche - the endurance charges are nice but generally builds that want them will have another way of generating them. Also, %max life pairs well with %life recovery, but you don't have it. In the end it's pretty nice, so I'd put it up for some amount (30ex? 50ex?) and drop the price every day or so until it sells/
