POB Can't Import character

I suddenly can't import my character anymore.
It's says my account is private, which i have turned off, and when i use the POESESSID, it just says the same. I have tried to reinstall it and run it as admin Please help me Last bumped on Jan 5, 2024, 7:28:17 PM

I just posted the same thing. I can't import my characters. which makes it useless pretty much unless I spend 1-2 hours painstakingly putting all my stuff in manually. please answer this quickly ggg. I can't progress and improve my build cuz I can't see the numbers on my srs build.
And the unrighteous will burn to ash!

I just ran your character through Path of Building and it comes up.
 I'm doing a Righteous Fire and Fire Trap too, but with the Chieftan. Did you try uninstalling POB then redownloading? Builds

Why would GGG respond? PoB is a 3rd party tool, and GGG specifically does not endorse any 3rd party tool.
