Tentacle Whip Trigger broken

Hi,

it seems to me that tentacle whip is never triggering.
While using it the whole time I saw no tentacles whipping around.
If it is corpse related then maybe my freezebuild is blocking it.
But ring does not say it needs a corpse on kill.
Please correct me if I do not fully understand the effect of the ring. :)

Edit: They seem to spawn but are not rendered properly in most times with other effects.

I also am using Mark of the Elder and have not seen any Tentacle Whips occur in 3.13.

I want to say I remember seeing them in previous builds and other leagues, but after doing a quick search on youtube to see if anyone else showcased it, I am now thinking I am mis-remembering the tentacles.

But whether they are invisible or bugged and not triggering at all, it's still a problem.

I came here with the same issue. I have mark of the elder, but have never gotten an indication that it has proc'd.

Currently using this ring and I had to google for this spell because I haven't seen it proc once, I don't even know what it looks like... Finding this thread makes me think it's still bugged...
