Severe graphical error with Elder Body Armor

I am experiencing severe graphical errors when I use arc lightning traps, lightning spire traps and explosive traps while using the Elder Body Armor cosmetic skin. A giant black square appears over the center of the screen when traps are triggered. I do not have this issue with any other cosmetic, and non trap skills do not cause the error. Is a fix possible, or a credit for the cost of the cosmetic? Thank you for a fantastic game, I have been playing a very long time. Cheers.

Forgot to mention, I am playing on the PS4 Pro.

Do you have a phasing gem or ability? Seems to be a problem with it. I posted about this a few weeks ago and got a response GGG. Its in their known issues now. So fingers crossed someones working on a fix.
