Can You Stack Cry Wolf Cluster Notables?

Cry Wolf says that whenever you warcry it counts as having 10 power minimum for X or Y warcry. Just wondering is you've 2-3 of these cluster notables in your tree if it'll be counted as 20-30 power minimum?

I have the Warbringer ascendancy which gives 10 rage/5 power and as far as I can tell there is no cut off to the amount of power/rage I can get (as long as I have a bunch of Ritual mobs around me). But sometimes I use warcry when not in melee range.

Cry Wolf states that "Warcries have a minimum of 10 power", its not + to minimum power. You can stack it all you want its still "minimum of 10 power".

I wasn't sure after reading all the info after multiple cluster nerfs over past few leagues.

I know CW and other warcry stuff were apparently gutted and changed a lot. Just wanted to be sure before going and buying a bunch.
