Dynamic IP address and log in annoyance

Hi all, I am new to this game ans having a very good time with it. However my ISP is giving me random IP addresses every time I connect to internet so POE log in asks for email verification code every time to unlock the account!
Is there anyway to circumvent this? second issue is why the launcher downloads random amount of data every time launching the game? the patch notes are the same then what is it downloading? Last bumped on Feb 6, 2021, 7:08:20 AM

You can ask GGG to disable that security feature but it leaves you more open to having your account stolen if someone was so inclined. Have it disabled at your own risk and it is not recommended.
