Updated PoB for 3.14, no big changes.
This is my third forum published build made for the zerker. This build will allow you to clear maps at insane speed while exploding enemy's in to piles of gore. As always... Pro's: 90% phys reduction Insane Clear Bloodsplosions Easy mapping Easy Delve Easy Heist Easy Blight Easy Harvest Easy Bossing Not a face tank build, does require playing the game. (is that a pro?) Con's: Not HC viable in current state of the game. Can get costly to gear, 20ex roughly to get started. If you get stunned before 25 rage, ya pretty dead unless ya positioning is good. PoB Pastebin

A common levelling practice I use for all melee builds is to start with whatever fast attacking ability I can get, normally splinting steel, until I get cyclone and that gets me to what ever level my builds kick off. However, Sweep and leap should be just fine with impale support to level well. I would recommend using Blood reaper, being a great levelling weapon. Playstyle:

Pop all buffs Use sand stance Leap in range but not in the middle of em, Sweep until dead. Leap out if needed - Repeat Pop totem when able For boss's Pop Blood Stance, Banner, totem and Berserk.
