hideout file format seems to have changed recently?

Evening all,
Just curious as to why the hideout file format changed recently from the original format

that format was easy to pull chunks into excel to manipulate the co-ordinates and save compounded sets of decorations as usefull blocks without too much effort.

Original decoration notation

Bathhouse Mosaic = { Hash=2058069850, X=427, Y=276, Rot=42252, Flip=0, Var=2 }
Bricks = { Hash=2948556532, X=226, Y=259, Rot=2738, Flip=0, Var=4 }

to new style notation.
