Inquisitor question

So with the update to Inquisitor's Pious Path Ascendancy point, I feel like I'm missing something.

Currently, I am lvl 76 and have 910.3 life regeneration per second while standing on Consecrated Ground. Here are my questions....

1- Since Pious Path means regeneration works on ES as well, does that mean my ES regen is the same, or 910.3 per sec for Life and ES?

2- Has it been requested that the number show on the character screen? It would be pretty helpful to have it visible

3- I was also using frost shield as a test and I noticed, the second I cast it, my ES vanishes. Not quickly drains.... it just goes away. It also doesn't "regenerate" once the shield is gone, it just returns full.

According to the gem at it's current level (14), I lose 460 energy shield per second. Shouldn't that mean my regen from Pious Path nulls the degen on Frost Shield? What am I missing?
