Support Totem Life is Bugged

Totems created by the support gems Spell Totem Support and Ballista Totem Support are not calculating their life properly. Totems created by totem support gems are supposed to base their life on the support gem level. They are currently based on the active gem level.

This is to say that a level 20 Fireball + level 1 Spell Totem will have more life than a level 1 Fireball + level 20 Spell Totem.

Same goes for something like level 20 Rain of Arrows + level 1 Ballista Totem vs Level 1 Rain of Arrows + Level 20 Ballista Totem.

This is easily testable and is even reflected in Path of Building Community Fork.

Level 20 Rain of Arrows + Level 1 Ballista Totem = 4336 Base Totem Life
Level 1 Rain of Arrows + Level 20 Ballista Totem = 132 Base Totem Life

ayy, if this is intentional, it should atleast be in the patchnotes.
