[UI] Stash text doesn't resize on resolution change.

Description: After changing the game resolution stash text (item stack count, stash tab labels, etc) isn't scaled properly. When changing from high to low resolution text appears bigger than it should. When changing from low to high resolution text appears smaller than it should. The text stays this way until updated, either by a zone change or updating the text values (see video). The actual 'jumbled text' bug also triggered at some point during my testing (it seems to occur much more regularly when doing many resolution changes (screenshot). Edit: Note: The specific issue in this post caused by overlarge text in quad tabs was fixed. The main issue of stash text size not updating on resolution change remains.
