Can't get Maven's Beacon

Hey support,
I've managed to kill the boss supported by Maven on a map, but I've died right after. The Maven's Beacon dropped but I've had no more portals left to go back and pick it up. I've tried running the same map again few times but she never appears. A friend told me its only one time drop. Is there any way I can still progress in Mavens storyline? Bump.
Created new character but it seems the Mavens storyline is shared across all characters. This means I have no way to get the orb to upgrade map device. Can you assist? |

Did you ever hear anything for GGG? As I had a similar issue in 4 days nothing.

Have you tried to progress a character in a SSF and migrate over?

Hey,
No, did not try to play on SSF, although the issue got resolved. The initial failure on getting Mavens Beacon happened on a map opened by Zana. Later on while playing she opened a map in the same region and the Maven appeared there again so I was able to pick up the Orb. There should probably be an issue ticket created for that, as it seemed to be locked only to Zanas maps |

" Thanks for your report, great to hear that the issue has been resolved. The Beacon shouldn't be locked behind Zana however since it first dropped in Vaal Pyramid then it would only drop again in Lex Proxima (same Region as Vaal Pyramid) in a Tier 5 or higher map.
