Banned for using Awakened Poe macro

I was banned couple months ago, tried to contact ggg why i got it, cuz i had no idea and they just told me- third party programms. So i dumped the game with intention to never play again, cuz i dont want to be spending my money and time for game i will be banned in for no reason. Now, when there is obvious hype for new league, i can't resist it, and got back. Appealed my ban again and still nothing - they said when i wrote to support earlier i can't do it again. Im sure it's error from their site, cuz i NEVER used third party programms except pob and the Awakened Poe macro which should be safe. Im writing there, cuz im curious if anyone got banned for it and got appealed, and beacuse i can't do anything else, even support won't contact me. Help

" There is nothing that can be done about your old account. It's been perma banned and GGG have confirmed this for you 2 times now. And yes, Awakened Poe macro can get you banned so the reason "3 party software" fits. So if you want to play, you will have to start from zero and don't use 3 party programs or macro's. | |

Many, many people have posted on these forums because they were banned for using Awakened PoE Trade as well as other trade overlay tools. You used a 3rd party tool against GGG's recommendation, and that tool caused you to violate the ToS in some manner. This tripped GGG's auto-ban detection, and after an in depth look into the issue GGG determined the ban was not done in error. Your ban was upheld due to a proven violation.

" LOL nice edit after you got "modded" by GGG. :) However the rules put out by GGG about 3 party programs are no secret + you have the ToS agreed to when the account was created..... And regarding trade's programs, then this again have been explained very clearly why we will not get a AH and what GGG concept is for ingame trading. However the biggest problem here is not the missing trade programs but people not getting banned for scams and so on. | |

They just removed 2 words and I decided I didn't want to keep my rant on this post cuz it felt more like a worthless rant than anything useful. You comment very malicious thing's on these posts aswell acting as a superior person you don't even play the game dude you literally post on forums. This dude actually plays the game got banned for playing and you just say oh you got banned and nothing you can do is very daunting and negative. The problem is that this program SHOULD NOT violate any of the ToS so they are blatantly banning these accounts to be reviewed and appealed, the appeal system can be a mess with that 1 chance that is very rough. While leaving these players in the dust they kind of ignore the situation which leaves players like me very upset.

I'm curious why Awakened PoE Trade should not violate the ToS. GGG did not develope it and has never given the overlay the thumbs up. I don't use it, but I think it's likely if did I'd find something the devs should block due to a ToS violation but haven't. It's also possible the entire program interacts with the servers in a manner that is a violation.
