Ring Annointment - Seismic Tower 100% length + range doesn't work

Annointment cost: Golden + Silver oils

In short, this annointment doesn't do anything. Checked all possibilities what it could potentially do but none of them is affected:

* Doesn't increase length of cascade
* Doesn't increase range of cascades
* Doesn't seem to increase AoE radius of cascades
* Doesn't increase range of Seismic tower itself


Expected result based on wording:
Increases length and range of cascades by 100%. Activation range of Seismic tower stays the same.


I recorded three videos where i tested this annointment. I hovered over Seismic tower so it's range (yellow circle) is visible. Green circle in second video shows base range of Seismic tower, which is exactly the same as T4 towers.

Test with ring annointment EQUIPPED
Test with ring annointment EQUIPPED and extra 25% range annointment
Test without any annointment


Feedback on annointment itself: I'm absolutely certain you guys know how incredibly busted this annointment is and made it the second most expensive one for a reason. However with how incredibly broken Seismic tower is after recent changes, you might want to lower the number from 100% to... 75% or even 50%? Or partially revert the buff to Seismic tower, you can see how strong it is in videos.
