Twitch drops not working

Accounts are linked, I have the magma wings on twitch claimed. It shows up on pathofexile.com with a red X next to it. It does not appear in game.

Olá, assisti a stream do Path of Exile no canal da twitch oficial, com 30 minutos apareceu para mim que a asa tinha dropado pelo twitch drops, fui no jogo e no site nas mensagens e até agora nada
por favor verifiquem, se foi informado que teria e apareceu a confirmação na transmissão da twitch porque não tenho as asas no jogo??? | |
