Unending Hunger Cobalt Jewel - only one spectre can get buff?

Hi,

I am playing raise spectre summoner, when I slot in unending hunger jewel and I noticed only 1 out of all spectres is getting soul eater, is that how the mechanic works?

Does it mean the more spectres I have, the lesser chance my spectre can get soul because kill ratio is divided to all spectres.

Only the spectre getting the kill has the 50% chance to get the buff.

When clearing, this should not be a problem, as all your spectres will be getting kills, but when fighting bosses, there will not normally be enough adds to keep this buff up on all the spectres.
