Hardcore mode?

DO you know if the game brings hardcore mode too?

I read that they would have a hardcore mode, as well as some other kinds of game modes which they didn't mention. A bit of a twist on the usual mechanic was that instead of permanent death, your character would be switched over to softcore. Also there was something about certain items that you could only get in hardcore, and could conceivably be moved to softcore with the death of a character(temporary lowbie char for muling?) but not sure if that's confirmed.
As for myself, I'm glad for the hardcore mode even though they have said the game will be quite hard at the higher difficulties and I intend to play solo, a challenge is always good to get the blood pumping. |
