Summon Holy Relic should have physical Tag

It does a physical nova...I'm not sure quite why it was ever missing? It keeps it in line with other minions like golems and animate weapon, and gives it a few more options for scaling like cold iron points.

It should also have the "Life Regen" tag since there is a tag for that now.
