Lvl 20 Fiery Impact- what is it and can you build around it?

See Title. I cannot find the info anywhere on what this is and does exactly.

It's a fire aoe blast with a 2 second cooldown. Has some phys conversion too IIRC. It's mostly just for supplemental aoe damage and shouldn't be "built around" entirely. You can support it with damage support gems though.

Unfortunately the cooldown is 2 full seconds making it worthless. If only it had the same cooldown as Hidden Blade!
(Ok, not worthless, but it's going to be like 5-10% of your damage at best.) |
