Warp to friend

I can warp to my friend, no problem, but from their end, my name is Green out, so they can't even click to have the option of warp, visit hideout, etc, but again, I have no issue going to their name and warping, etc.. they can join my session, but that's it, what's the issue?(Ps4)

Also, yes I Have the allow friends to join clicked, or they wouldn't be able to join my session, etc ... thanks in advance!

Tried restarting both ps4s at the same time, my name is still gray and he can't warp to me but can join my group, etc and I can jump to him just fine
