Death and taxes sucks so much ass now

boss heals like 30% of its health every 2 seconds (just like oak did in act 2 at the start of the league), god forbid if you don't have 6 link gear. Even with frost bomb... it kept pace with adequate damage.

This boss took 35 minutes to get to the end, and then its health and HEALING scaled beyond any reasonable ability to damage it. Seriously this map sucks so much more now than it ever did (who wants to fight the same boss 3x in a row that has 4 different ways to insta gib most characters). Also the summoned weapons do some serious damage now,and they just never stopped summoning. Seriously i had like 40 on my screen when my minions were clearing them, something got changed there. What a bad map design that become so much worse with skill changes.

Btw we should see what gear your testers use to test maps if they even test how long these bosses take to kill.

Why don't you show us your gear? Its a T16 unique map, having some sort of DPS requirement doesn't seem absurd. For all we know, you might be using a zdps build.
No, that much Regen is bad game design. Honestly making fun of peoples gear is the worst way to defend bad game design. I have done red tier maps with this build quite easily. I don't want build advice, just giving feedback.
New one was so much easier for me, he follows you really fast.

Did you do the map when he was super slow and would turn around?

From a SSF players perspective, this, so much this.

Also, it gets demotivating to know that they reset standard map progress every time a new league is released. People told you got to return your whole progress by playing highest tier map, but at least for me (I had been gone for 5-6 or so last leagues) all my unique map progress was still a goner. You do know it requires specific items to clear a T16 Putrid Clouster map? You just couldn't get close the boss at all cuz it's an instadeath.

Maybe I'm casual and bad at the game, but ya know, I like making progress anyway and resetting things ain't progress, man. That's why I don't enjoy temporal leagues.

More on topic, massively regenerating bosses have always sucked. At least there should be a script forcing the boss monster continue to its next phase after taking enough damage.

I didn't even realize the new version had regen. Was it something they added this league?
The regen isn't noticable if you do more than 100k dps

The purpose of linking your character or gear isn't to make fun of it, but to assist others in assessing the validity of your argument. If you are unable to defeat a T16 unique map boss, is it overtuned, or is your gear/build not good enough?

I didn't notice any increase in difficulty, pretty sure I completed the map on a 5 link earlier in the league.
He has a regen? even my wonky off meta build doesn't notice... lol
it has bad drops and still didnt changed so almost 99% timewaste
