Glyphs in the eggs are nowhere to be found.

I was doing the breaking some eggs quest, and had someone in my party who picked them up and used them to get through to the next area... but it didn't recognize me as completing the task. The glyphs were gone forever to me... I tried leaving the party, logging in and out, quitting the program and coming back, but nothing seems to work. I took some screen shots of me standing near the glyph wall the passage tunnel and the empty nests with no glyphs. I somehow got one glyph on my inventory... not sure how, but I need three to progress :/

Oh my it seems a second glyph appeared in my inventory while I was taking those screenshots lol.... maybe the third will magically appear as well. Well any case this is still a valid concern I think.

if this happens you may have to start a new instance and open all the eggs again to receive the last one from one of them :)

It took a while for the instance to restock it's monsters and eggs, and when I broke them open they yielded not glyphs... but items instead :[

OMG OMG OMG I just found it, funny thing though it wasn't inside an egg... it was in a corner of the map. How strange... well at least I have them now and can complete the quest. However I had a friend have a similar problem. I got two friends to join this game and they were both in the beginning beach area. As they began their game I quickly befriended them and had them join my party. They had to kill the guy at the end to continue on to the shore encampment. One of my friends killed him and continued on, while the other could not as the game did not recognize he had killed anyone, but he was dead and gone from the other friends killing him and being in the same party. He restarted the game several times and the instance would not reload the guy to kill, so he just deleted his character and started a new one.

this is now happening to me. i have 2 glyphs and my partner got 3 and opened the passage, but there is no 3rd glyph for me to pick up. yes i ve checked everywhere, yes ive checked all the nests, yes ive looked in every corner. i cannot progress. logging out/in didnt work either, waiting for it to reset didnt work as well. im on cruel difficulty so this is most upsetting considering my character is now stuck

Restarting the game does nothing until the timer to the zone is done. What you need to do in this event is ctrl click the entrance to the zone and select new, this can also be done via waypoint from another zone.
