Yeah so, in short, Tailoring Orb changed my 6 linked shavronne's wrappings into a 3 socket with the enchantment "Has 1 white socket".
Now, I am not a genius but I know you can keep a 6 link when you chromatic an item. So why is it that this enchantment not only changes the AMOUNT of sockets but also the links?? It is a color-related socket enchantment.
So, to this I say, as my first ever complaint of this company, Thank you GGG, you have bricked my character with bad coding or lack of coding entirely. And for this I will ask you to either rollback my character to 8:00PM EST October 4th, 2020 to undo this travesty, or I am just quitting the league.
This error in coding/lack of coding entirely is something I cannot overlook and it's not the end of the world for the character, I can still use my character to farm back the currency needed to 6 link this chest again. It is the principle of this that makes me want to quit this league entirely.
Up until this point I have had nothing but praise for heist league, I know you guys cant get beta testing so a rocky start is destined. This however, doesn't need beta testing.

Sorry but GGG doesn't offer ANY kind of ingame refunds/restores for ANY reason.
You accepted this when you created your account via the ToS.

We can not restore dead hardcore characters or lost items for any reason. This is a general policy and we do not make exceptions. Due to bugs, items may be lost or characters may die due to reasons outside of your control.
