Warlord's Mark/ Blasphemy Not Working

I saw some tips that said to use Warlord's Mark/ Blasphemy to solve the mana issue with cyclone but even though I linked them, Warlord does not acted as an aura but is still a normal curse skill.

Aw ty so much for your help, I just wanted to find someway to deal with cyclone. For now I'll just stick to clarity until I can find some item with mana gained on hit.

Unique ring "Praxis" - minus # mana cost of skills, or just mana leech (skill tree) and/or mana regen (skill tree/clarity)
