Flickering grass

While walking around the first area on the beach, the grass and weeds flicker really badly. This is distracting, and I was just wanting to report it and see if this is common or not. Has anyone else experienced this?

I have had the same issue but I don't mind.
I saw a mudcrab the other day... horrible creatures.

Still the same problem in PoE 2, act 1, hunting grounds. Grass is flickering like crazy.
