Assassin mark on hit and Vulnerability on hit at same time?

Like title said, as curse has been split to Mark and Hex. Is it possible to apply Assassin mark and Vulnerability to a rare or unique mob at same time even without +1 curse item/passive?

No. While one is a mark and the other a hex they are still both curses. So you need +1 curse to have both.

Note that only one mark can be applied at a time regardless of your max curse limit.
I just tried these gloves
I used Frostbite in the glove and Vulnerability and Warlord's Mark were self-cast and both 'curses' were applied. The weird thing is Warlord's wouldn't always apply on the smaller mobs.
Arguing on the Internet: What's the point when you can't punch them in the face when they really piss you off?

Marks are targeted and hexes are not.

I think as you are using +1 curse gloves, thus both Frostbite and Vulnerability could apply to mobs. But for Warlord's mark, as the limit of your curses are 2, it cannot be apply to rare or unique, I guess?
Just figured out
"Additions to the number of curses you can inflict on enemies apply cumulatively to both Hexes and Marks, but do not modify the number of enemies you can have Marked at any given time. Thus, you can have an enemy that is affected by both a Mark and a Hex, but you can't Mark an enemy with two Marks, nor can you Mark two different enemies."

Yep, I can apply a hex and a mark at same time, even without +1 curse item/passive.

I was only using two curses but the Warlord's would not always apply. Maybe this is the reason, I didn't specifically target a mob. I used to always rely on WM to leech, but the gem is dead to me now.

Yea, marks can only apply to rare or unique enemy now, so sadly leech from it is not that reliable now.. But marks will not have reduced effect to rare and unique boss, thus the dps to rare and unique boss will increase if they are marked.

I didn't know about the rare/unique mobs, so this explains why it wasn't being applied. I've never been one to theory craft, but for the life of me I can't figure out how the mark gems are better. I wonder if anyone actually gives up a socket to target one mob in all the chaos that happens on screen.

Marks are not exclusive to rare/unique monsters, But having a curse on hit with a mark will only apply it to a rare/unique.

To apply a Mark on a non rare/unique monster you have to self cast.

I think they wanted to nerf the curse on hit rings everybody had. It was too easy to get power/frenzy/endurance changes for ascendancies that don't deal with them. Gives back those ascendancies some uniqueness.
