Does the new Assassin's mark work with minions?

In general, any on kill effect will only apply to the minion that got the killing blow.
Any on hit effects, and minions rarely have these, but if they do, they too only apply to the minion that made the hit. So for assasin's mark, the +% to crit chance and + crit multiplier will work for for every hit the minions do, the 5% chance to grant a power charge on hit will have that 5% chance for every minion hit. (but if a minion gets that 5% roll, only it gets the charge.) The on kill power charge will only go to the minion who got the killing blow. So, it MOSTLY works on minions. EDIT: P.S. Minions CAN have charges, each minion individually can have up to 3 charges of each type, endurance, frenzy and power. Charges are more potent when minions have them. From the WIKI: Endurance charges: +15% to all Elemental Resistances per Endurance Charge 15% additional Physical Damage Reduction per Endurance Charge Frenzy charges: 15% increased Attack Speed per Frenzy Charge 15% increased Cast Speed per Frenzy Charge 4% more Damage per Frenzy Charge 5% increased Movement Speed per Frenzy Charge Power charges: 200% increased Critical Strike Chance per Power Charge Last edited by Odif#4251 on Sep 27, 2020, 11:57:27 AM

" Blood rage is apply on yourself, the mark is applied on the enemies. The difference is that one is a self buff and the other is something that applied when you hit the affected target, it won't applied to the caster but the minion will be affected and the minion will possibly get charge. As for charge, minion can have charge, totem aren't minion, they are affected by your own stats while minion have their own stats. If you get power charge, your totem profit of your bonus crit, this is the reason why they don't get charge themselves. Meanwhile minion can get charge, as your own charge won't profit them.
