Does Flame Wall proc Elemental Equilibrium
Anyone know if Flame Wall counts as a hit to proc EE?
Or if my wand has "adds fire damage to spells" will that cause flame wall to proc EE? Thanks in advance. Last bumped on Feb 24, 2021, 10:48:34 PM

The tricky thing with flame wall is that you need to hit with a projectile to apply the secondary debuff which deals 4x damage, but this hit will carry fire damage which is bad for EE. You can get around this with a projectile linked with Brutality and then use a third spell to proc EE. I'm using Ball Lightning + GMP + Brutality to spread Flame Wall's DoT and Orb of Storms + Hextouch + Flammability to proc EE and curses.

Flame Wall and EE with projectiles passing through flame wall.
Being that flame walls additive damage for projectile passing through it does not show up on the tool tip. What is the priority of the additive fire damage added when it comes to EE. Example if Ice spear passes thought the flame wall and gets added damage then hits an enemy does the fire portion hits first pocking EE then the ice portion of damage hits second??? or in this example is that really hitting the enemy with two elements at the same time... Trying to avoid the part of the wiki description that talks about hitting at the same time with 2 elements and with hitting 3 elements.. QUOTE""If you hit an enemy with two different elements at the same time it will give -50% Resistance to third element and +25% to both elements used. A hit carrying all three elements types will give +25% to all elemental Resistances.[1]"" |

" the projectile hits once, and does all of its damage at once. some of the damage will be cold, some will be fire. but it only hits once, so it happens all at once. |
