Blazing Salvo no Damage Buff from Pinpoint or Intensify
The displayed damage of Blazing Salvo and Fireball doesn't increase with intensity when supported with Pinpoint or Intensify.
I tested the actual damage on ACT 1 with Fireball + Intensify + Pinpoint and can't feel any damage increase. The projectile number of Pinpoint works. Last bumped on Sep 21, 2020, 7:59:20 PM

I can confirm that at least the displayed tooltip damage does not change with pinpoint and blazing salvo.
Maybe it is intended and the hits don't scale of projectile damage, only the amount of projectiles could be affected. Not sure though, clarification would be great on this |

" Question though, should Blazing salvo gain damage from increased area damage since while it's a projectile it explodes on impact. Right now area damage does nothing which if that's how it was intended then that's all good, just wanted to check. |

" It should be gaining damage from increased area damage, but this is also not reflected in the tooltip. If the projectile explodes on (or near) the target, it should deal area damage. The only time the skill doesn't deal area damage is when it doesn't explode on the target, you can get this to occur if you use something like Pierce support. | |
" Alright, good to know that is does work that way. Thanks for replying. Been messing with the skill a bit and having fun with it overall. I think my only gripe with it is that I wish it would trigger the fork or split projectile mechanics upon hitting the floor since it's a ground targeted skill that can hit enemies. Makes having fork support great for group clear and almost a wasted link on bosses though I'll just chalk that up to me getting over zealous about it.
