Sigil of Power with Blood Magic and Minions

Can Sigil of Power be created with Blood Magic, do skills benefit from it when fueled by blood magic or life? Do spell cast minions like phantasms benefit from Sigil of Power that are within the sigil?

There’s no reason to see why you can’t create it with BM, but we don’t have a gem preview yet in order to see how it’s worded. We’ll definitely need that before knowing if minions can benefit from it.

I see, gem info says it is fueled by mana only (while can be created with blood magic). And it will support minions but it is very unlikely to spend 1600 mana for 4 stages.

Archmage will be meta. Sigil of Power, Arcane Cloak, Orb of Storms, Crackling Lance or Arc or ... Unfortunately Hierophant will be best class instead of Elementalist
