Is this craftable on gloves? Or is it ONLY on items that drop, and can't be put on an item manually?

Damage While Leeching is a Veiled Prefix Modifier that can be found on Gloves and Amulets. It is a signature Veiled Modifier from Vorici (as in, it can only spawn from Veiled Items that are dropped by Vorici encounters or Veiled Items dropped from non-Betrayal sources like Blight, Metamorph or Legion).
The strongest Damage While Leeching has a weight of 37-43%, costs 1 Exalted to craft, requires 4 unveiling to be unlocked and can be crafted on both Gloves and Amulets after that |
