I'm not receiving my ascendancy points

Hello, so for some reason I'm not receiving my ascendancy points from the second labyrinth. I'm new to the game and not sure if I'm missing something or it's a bug of some kind. I took out Izaro 3 times and got to the alter, but it won't let me allocate any points. If someone could help that would be sweet.

Are you sure that you clicked the altar after getting through the lab at the appropriate difficulty?

To add more clarity to the question...there are 2 altars. So are you sure you are hitting the one that gives the ascendency points?

I click on the one that says Alter of Ascendancy and takes me to ascendancy tree in the passive skill tree. It just won't let me allocate points for some reason.

Then you are not in the cruel lab. Your challenges say you have not hit that altar. Got a screenshot showing you are in the level 55 area?

How would I verify that? sorry I'm still a newb with computers. I'm at the alter right now.

It says aspirant's trial monster level 33 in the upper right hand corner

That’s normal lab. You’ve already done that one. Select the cruel one next time in Aspirant’s plaza.
