Chaining range clarification.

What is chaining range on projectile skills like lightning arrow or ice shot?

Was wondering if new chain/pierce/fork cluster is worth investing in.

Didnt notice any difference from allocating it. Doesn't seem popular pick according to poe.ninja.

Can someone maybe share their expierience / observations on the subject?

That cluster only helps clearspeed and dont help bossing. Ice shot, lightning arrow builds are more concerned with bossing.

I think only the pierce are useful if the build are not intending to chain and havent bought the +2 pierce boots. I personally prefer chain over pierce unless its too hard to scale the skill dmg.

I have never used fork before but i heard it could be great for some builds that is why Arborix aint cheap.
